Hawk Spirit's Animal Energy of the Week: The Mystical White Lion (Magic)

I was reading an article about a white lion who became entranced by a bubble. When I looked at this creature I was entranced as well. I have never seen a white lion before. The animal appeared almost fantasy-like, magical to me. Like it belonged in the mystical world of fairies and castles.

I am not one to ramble on about fantasy and magic. These two topics were never very mainstream for me. I am very much a realist. However, after seeing this lion the idea of the existence of magic and fairies made sense. Could it be that magical creatures take on the form of animals?

The white deer is highly revered by Native Americans. This animal is a sacred spirit that only appears a few times. No one is allowed to hunt it or pester it. Its magic is too precious and abundant to destroy.

Have you ever seen a magical creature? Has a bird, dog, horse ever appeared to you in a unique manner? Even in your dreams? Animals have always been depicted as mythical creatures. The white lion was almost angelic to me. I could most certainly have attributed his presence to an ethereal being. It was the most magic I have experienced in a very long time.

I hope to one day a see a white lion face-to-face. It would be a delight to personally touch him.

To find out if he really is mystical. I'm not courageous like that though. Yes, he may look mystical but he's still a killer. And, the only magic I'll be experiencing if I touch him, is a one way ticket to the spirit of the sky. Not to mention the Darwin award for mystical stupidity. Knowing the difference between fantasy and reality most certainly goes hand-in-hand.
